DETAILED DESCRIPTIONS

Tote Bag Insert Sponsor    ($50 | Unlimited )   CLICK HERE TO APPLY

Description: Make sure our guests go home with your information! Provide Woodbury Kids with at least 250 fliers, coupons, small promotional items, etc. to stuff in our 2019 event Tote Bags. These totes are handed out to the first 250 families attending our event. 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing inserts to Woodbury Kids no later than January 4, 2019. If you do not meet this deadline, you forfeit your inclusion with no refund.  Delivery address will be provided upon confirmation & payment of sponsorship registration.

  • Please note that handouts cannot be larger than 5” x 7” and promotional items cannot be larger than a water bottle.

  • We strongly encourage branded 3D promotional items. Successful & notable items in the past include but are not limited to: branded items such as earbuds, snack containers, refillable water bottles, rubber bracelets, crayons, boo boo packs, etc.              

  • Each application is associated with one item.  If more than one item is desired to include in the tote bags, please select the corresponding quantity of applications. Alternatively, items must be attached to each other to create "ONE" stuffer.

               

Application & Approval Timeline: May 1 – December 31, 2018.

Please fill out one application per tote bag insert. Woodbury Kids will only accept multiple types of inserts from a single business if said business has filled out an application for each type. Woodbury Kids will make final approval no later than October 1, 2018. If for some reason your application is denied (mainly, your business is deemed not an adequate fit for our event), you will receive an email confirming such as well as a refund on your Eventbrite Sponsorship Ticket Order. Payment due at time of application.

It is not necessary to be a vendor at the Woodbury Kids event to participate in the Tote Bag Insert sponsorship opportunity. 

Tote Bag Logo Sponsor  ( $300 |  7 available) -- SOLD OUT!

 

Description: Your logo will be printed on our 2019 event Tote Bag that is handed out to the first 250 families in attendance.

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • ​Staff your vendor booth, which requires a separate registration.

  • Comply with the specifications for size and format of your business logo upon sponsorship confirmation.

 

Location: Your vendor booth will be automatically upgraded to a PREMIUM BOOTH in the RED ZONE upon confirmation of your booth registration (see map here).

Application & Approval Timeline: May 1 – October 31, 2018

Due to the nature of only SEVEN sponsors allowed for the Tote Bag Logo, the Woodbury Kids Committee will make final approval and communicate selection no later than November 5, 2018. Upon approval, you will be invoiced for your sponsorship and receive a confirmation letter via email. Payment due November 15, 2018.  

Tote Bag sponsor candidates MUST additionally apply for a vendor booth and upon sponsor selection will be given complimentary upgrade to PREMIUM BOOTH in the RED ZONE at the event (see map here).

Bingo Card Square Sponsor  ($100 | 15 available) -- SOLD OUT!

 

Description: BINGO cards will be handed out to attendees, in an effort to encourage a visit to your booth. Your logo will be randomly placed on the printed card, which you will stamp as guests visit your booth. Woodbury Kids will provide the BINGO stamper. Guests with a completed BINGO or a BLACKOUT (all squares covered) can enter their name in a raffle drawing for a prize (also provided by Woodbury Kids).

  • Comply with the specifications for size and format of your business logo upon sponsorship confirmation.

Application & Approval Timeline: May 1 – October 31, 2018

Due to the nature of only FIFTEEN sponsors allowed for the Bingo Card, the Woodbury Kids Committee will make final approval and communicate selection no later than November 5, 2018. Upon approval, you will be invoiced for your sponsorship and receive a confirmation letter via email. Payment due November 15, 2018.  

Bingo Card sponsor candidates MUST additionally apply for a vendor booth.

Social Media Plug Sponsor  ($50  | Unlimited )  -- SOLD OUT!

Description: Our Facebook fans want to know who's coming to our event. An exclusive social media post on our official Woodbury Kids Facebook Page gives them a bit of background on your business and a direct link to find you. Each post includes a short description of your business (approximately 70 words) along with a "tag" to your official Facebook page OR link to your website. Social media posts are scheduled randomly and begin appearing approximately 45 days before the event. 

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Staff your vendor booth, which requires a separate registration.

  • Supply your official Facebook Page and/or website URL for use in our post

  • Comply with the specifications for size and format of your business logo upon sponsorship confirmation.

        

Application & Approval Timeline: May 1 – October 31, 2018.

The Woodbury Kids Committee will make final approval and communicate selection no later than November 5, 2018. Upon approval, you will be invoiced for your sponsorship and receive a confirmation letter via email. You will also be provided a link to input the language for your post, which may be subject to editing by Woodbury Kids Communications Team.

Payment due November 15, 2018.    

 

Social Media Plug sponsor candidates MUST additionally apply for a vendor booth.

Entertainment Stage Title Sponsor  ( $500 | ONE available)  -- SOLD OUT!

 

Description: The Entertainment Stage will provide entertainment and/or showcase kid-friendly programming. As the Entertainment Stage Title sponsor, your business name will appear as the title of our stage and on the back-drop banner above performers. In addition, you will have the opportunity to provide and/or perform entertainment during a complimentary 20-minute segment. (Optional 1 – 20 min or 2 – 10 min segments)
 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Work together with the Woodbury Kids Committee to determine the contents of your
    entertaining segment, should you choose to utilize it.

  • ​Staff your vendor booth, which requires a separate registration.

  • Comply with the specifications for size and format of your business logo upon sponsorship confirmation.
     

Location: Your Vendor Booth will be automatically upgraded to a PREMIUM BOOTH in RED ZONE, upon confirmation of your booth registration (see map here).

Other Great Benefits Include:

  • Prominent signage featuring your business name or logo on or near the Entertainment Stage.

  • Listing as 2019 event sponsor on the WoodburyKids.com 2019 Participating Vendor Directory.

  • Your business will be listed on the entertainment stage schedule, which is posted in multiple locations throughout the event as well as on our event website and Facebook page.

Snack Shack Sponsor  ( $500 | ONE available)   -- SOLD OUT!

 

Description: The “Snack Shack” is a concession style-space for the sale of family friendly on-the-go food options for your profit. This highly visible sponsorship will be located in the RED ZONE. The Snack Shack will have exclusive event food and beverage sales with the exception of coffee, which is a separate sponsorship opportunity (see "Coffee Station Sponsorship" below), plus any vending machines permanently located at the venue.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide a list of intended food items for sale to the Woodbury Kids Committee prior to the event, as well as create visible free-standing pricing/order menus for display during the event. 

  • Determine and process food and beverage sale payments during the event.

  • Staff the Snack Shack as well as your vendor booth, which requires a separate registration.

  • Comply with the specifications for size and format of your business logo upon sponsorship confirmation.
     

Location: The Snack Shack will be located in RED ZONE, with an easy to access concessions stand for your business to staff and sell food. Your vendor booth will be automatically upgraded to a PREMIUM BOOTH in the RED ZONE, upon confirmation of your booth registration (see map here).

Coffee Station Sponsor  ( $500 | ONE available)    -- SOLD OUT!

 

Description: Refuel parents with a stop at the coffee station. This sponsorship opportunity is big exposure and low maintenance. Woodbury Kids will provide the coffee, disposable cups and other supplies while you take the credit! 

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Comply with the specifications for size and format of your business logo upon sponsorship confirmation.

 

Location: The “Coffee Station” will be located in a high-traffic area and your vendor booth will be automatically upgraded to a PREMIUM BOOTH in the RED ZONE upon confirmation of your booth registration (see map here).

Baby Station Sponsor ( $500 |  ONE available)   -- SOLD OUT!

 

Description: Poop happens. And we don’t want that to cause any unprepared guests to leave our event. The “Baby Station” will be a private area for families with changing tables and diapering supplies for emergencies. There will also be chairs for parents needing to feed infants. The Woodbury Kids Committee will provide all diaper changing supplies and furniture the day of the event on your behalf, though further arrangements can be made should your business desire to contribute to the supplies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing literature for parents to view while they are visiting the Baby Station (magazines, brochures, pamphlets, business cards, etc.). Literature must be approved by the committee as we want to ensure a positive and welcoming environment. Materials must be submitted to Woodbury Kids no later than January 4, 2019.

  • Staff your vendor booth, which requires a separate registration.

  • Comply with the specifications for size and format of your business logo upon sponsorship confirmation.

Location: The “Baby Station” will be located between the RED ZONE and the gymnasiums, and your Vendor Booth will be automatically upgraded to a PREMIUM BOOTH in the RED ZONE, upon confirmation of your booth registration (see map here).

Kids Zone Sponsor  ( $500 | ONE available)   -- SOLD OUT!

 

Description: The “Kids Zone” is a space for children to engage in several fun activities provided and staffed by sponsor. In the past, successful activities have included craft stations, sensory activities, a photo booth and other fun games.

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Work together with the Woodbury Kids Committee to determine kid-friendly activities that are appropriate for the event. 

  • Provide all activities for the Kids Zone including any prizes or giveaways. 

  • Staff the Kids Zone as well as your vendor booth, which requires a separate registration.

  • Comply with the specifications for size and format of your business logo upon sponsorship confirmation.

Location: The “Kids Zone” will be located in BLUE ZONE in the gymnasium. Your Vendor Booth will be included as part of this large attraction (see map here).

Entertainment Stage Presenter ( $300 | 4 available)   -- SOLD OUT!

 

Description: You will be assigned a total of 20-minutes of performance time to provide engaging programming for the crowd on our Entertainment Stage. We encourage dynamic kid-centric amusement and activities. Successful past presenters include businesses showcasing client talent or hiring a magician or other family friendly performer.

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • ​Work together with the Woodbury Kids Committee to determine the contents of your 20-minutes of entertaiment, ensuring family-friendly presentations and activities. Opportunity can include  one – 20 min OR two – 10 min time slots.

  • Staff your vendor booth, which requires a separate registration.

  • Comply with the specifications for size and format of your business logo upon sponsorship confirmation.

 

Location: Your vendor booth will be automatically upgraded to a PREMIUM BOOTH in the RED ZONE upon confirmation of your booth registration (see map here).
