What is Woodbury Kids? We are the #1 Family Resource in town. We bring together schools, businesses and organizations in one location to create a one-stop shop for families, where they can easily gather useful information on programs, products, services while also having fun!

 

In 2018, we had nearly 90 vendors take part in our event. Both vendors and families attending gave our event rave reviews, and we are excited to recreate it for 2019! READ ON TO LEARN HOW YOU CAN BE A VENDOR AT OUR EVENT

We are anticipating a similar layout to our 2018 event (see map to right), where the BLUE ZONES are our vendor booths. The premium RED ZONE is reserved for select sponsors. For more information on sponsorship opportunities, click here.  

PARTICIPATING VENDOR DETAILS

SATURDAY, JANUARY 12, 2019 @ LAKE MIDDLE SCHOOL, 9AM - 1PM

  • Vendors must be set up by 8:45am

  • Booth Size: 8 ft x 8 ft

  • NEW THIS YEAR: Reserve electrical access at your booth for an additional add-on fee

  • One 6ft table will be provided

  • Two chairs will be provided

  • Vendors can tear down booths starting at 1pm and must vacate the venue by 2pm.

  • Vendors that have applied BEFORE December 1, 2018 will be listed in our 2019 Event Guide that is distributed to attendees. *

Registration Process:

  • By submitting a vendor application via our online registration link, you agree to the terms and agreement, also listed here.

  • Once your registration is processed, Woodbury Kids will approve your booth within 3 business days.

  • Vendors that have applied before December 1, 2018 will be asked to provide a business logo and website link, which will be posted on the WoodburyKids.com 2019 Participating Vendor Directory. *

 

What should I bring?

  • Your own table skirting/tablecloth, signage and free-standing display items for your space.

  • Extension cords if you purchased electrical.

  • Marketing materials to distribute that feature your programs and services for families.

  • Fun branded freebies, such as pens, water bottles, small toys, candy, etc.

  • DO NOT bring anything that attaches to the walls. Per the District 833 Facility Use Agreement, no items are to be attached or adhered to the venue walls, windows or floors.

  • DO NOT bring any glitter or Play-Doh. 

           

Vendor Booth Registration Fees​​

  • $329 when registering after December 1, 2018, if space allows*

* By registering AFTER December 1, 2018 Woodbury Kids cannot guarantee the following:

  • Your business or organization listing to appear in any print advertising leading up to the event including but not limited to the 2019 Event Guide.

  • Your business or organization listing on the WoodburyKids.com 2019 Participating Vendor Directory.
