2018 PARTICIPATING VENDOR DETAILS

SATURDAY, JANUARY 6, 2018 @ LAKE MIDDLE SCHOOL, 9AM - 1PM

  • Vendors must be set up by 8:45am

  • Booth Size: 8 ft x 8 ft

  • One 6ft table will be provided

  • Two chairs will be provided

  • Electrical is not guaranteed, however is available to request during registration.  We will do our best to accommodate.

  • Vendors can tear down booths starting at 1pm and must vacate the venue by 2pm.

​Registration Process:

  • While registration is still open, space if very limited. If you are interested in becoming a Woodbury Kids 2018 vendor, please email us immediately at info@woodburykids.com.  We will be in touch with you shortly regarding availability.

  • By registering after December 1, 2017 Woodbury Kids cannot guarantee the following:

    • Your business or organization listing to appear in any print advertising leading up to the event including but not limited to the 2018 Event Guide.

    • Your business or organization listing on the WoodburyKids.com 2018 Participating Vendor Directory.

  • Non-Profit organizations receive a discounted registration fee with proof of 501(c)(3) status.

  • As part of the application process, applicants agreed to the terms and agreement, also listed here.

When can I set up?

  • Any vendor who wishes to take advantage of our Friday evening set up should RSVP to
    info@WoodburyKids.com no later than 1/3/18. Friday night set up times have been emailed to you as of 12/11/17. Please download the PDF file below for your specific Friday set up time, should you choose to use it.  If you are not able to set up on Friday evening, you may arrive at the Venue at 8 AM on Saturday, January 6th to begin your set up.

 

What should I bring?

  • Your own table skirting/tablecloth, signage and free-standing display items for your space.

  • Extension cords if you requested electrical. Please remember electrical is NOT guaranteed.

  • Marketing materials to distribute that feature your programs and services for families.

  • Fun branded freebies, such as pens, water bottles, small toys, candy, etc.

  • DO NOT bring anything that attaches to the walls. Per the District 833 Facility Use Agreement, no items are to be attached or adhered to the venue walls, windows or floors.

  • DO NOT bring any glitter or Play-Doh. 

           

What about lunch? (Must have ordered by 12/19/17)

  • Back by popular demand, we are offering our Vendors a Lunch Pre-Order option. Dorothy Ann Bakery will be providing our vendor lunch box options.

  • There are two options -- Turkey and Cheese sandwich OR Veggie Wrap. All box lunches come with sandwich, bag of chips, pickle spear, cookie, condiments and water or ice tea

  • Lunch Box Price: $11 each

  • Please Order your Lunch HERE. You will have the opportunity to make a selection for yourself and any additional colleagues attending that day & payment will be collected online.

  • Pre-Orders are due by December 19, 2017. Pre-Order lunches are non-refundable.

  • If you choose to NOT purchase a lunch, feel free to bring your own or enjoy snacking on kid friendly snacks at the Goldfish Swim School Snack Shack available for purchase. Additionally, there are a few vending machines on site.
